Student Ministry
Coastal Student Ministry is always looking for Adult Leaders to come along side students and their families.
High School or Middle School Guys/Girls Tribe Leader: Tribe Leaders help facilitate, grow and nurture our students in their respective small groups through engaging conversations based on the sermon of the day. We also encourage each leader to support and champion their Tribe's students off campus by attending band concerts, sporting events, etc. Tribe Leaders also join in on the fun of the games, worship and other activities our students participate in at CSM. We want Tribe Leaders to join students in the context of their lives and do life with them.
Teaching Team: We encourage our leaders, if they feel called, to join our teaching team that delivers Christ-focused and relevant sermons to our students.
Tech Team: If 'behind the scenes’ is more of your thing there are opportunities to help out our student-based tech team. This includes programming and running lights, ProPresenter (slides) and sound.
Worship Team: Do you sing? Play piano, drums, guitar or bass? Why not join our team? We have mostly a student led band, but we often have leaders join the team to lead our ministry in worship.
Greeter: We want all of our students, new and old, to always be greeted with an encouraging smile and a joyful hello. This helps set the atmosphere we are building in CSM.
Activities Team: Games. Games. Games. Games help bring laughter, memories and community to CSM. If you are up for planning games, this team is for you.
