Jennifer Brooks Coffee Shop Manager

The Coffee Shop Manager is responsible for aiding their team in creating a warm inviting atmosphere for all church guests/customers. It’s also key to developing sales strategies, maintaining a great profit margin, restocking all goods and managing inventory. They also invite and schedule volunteers to join them in the coffee shop each Sunday. Our main mission is doing God’s work from sales in order to feed the needy in the world. 


I was raised knowing God as a Catholic school girl for years. We first attended a Christian church when I was nine but my parents stopped going, four years after. The time I had in Children’s church stuck with me as I grew. I knew who Jesus was but my relationship with him didn’t begin until I was a lost 19 year old. Jesus found me broken and alone and I know that it was only by His grace I am here. I found my husband at the church I was saved at and I got baptized at 22 while I was pregnant with my first-born son. I’ve followed Christ ever since and I will never turn back. 

Food has always been a passion of mine and I decided to turn my hobby into a career. I received a Culinary degree from the Art Institute of Jacksonville in 2016 with an Associates of Arts in Culinary Arts. I am excited to be a part of the Coffee shop team and love that the profits gained are turned back into the Kingdom of God.
